Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
- In the field of biological sciences and particularly in the field of the biology of organisms and ecology, possess highly specialised and integrated knowledge and a wide range of skills adding to those covered in the Bachelor's programme in biological sciences.
Learning Outcomes of UE
The aim of the course is to give to the students basic notions about phylogenetic inference methods. They will be able to understand and read articles about molecular phylogeny and to suggest themselves phylogenies through inference methods

1. General introduction ; 2. Methods of phylogenetic inference ; 3. Exemples of new classifications supported by molecular methods ; 4. General principles of coevolution
