Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this programme component, students will master Spanish at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages, as for receptive competences. They will be at level B2 for productive competences.
They should be able to:
- understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning;
- interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party;
- produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
Content of UE
Commented reading of a large range of texts. Commented listening activities, based on audio(visual) resources. Oral and written production exercises: written texts and oral utterances in spanish on various topics. Systematic and appropriate use of grammar and vocabulary.
Prior Experience
The student must have a mastery of the Spanish language at level B1 (productive competences) and B2 (receptive competences) of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
