Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
- From an interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach to prevention, and by implementing a scientific process, apply a scientific approach to analyse a work situation with the aim of defining an intervention designed to adapt tasks to human capabilities, and reduce psychosocial risk factors (e.g. violence, psychological and sexual harassment, and discrimination) identified within an organisation.
- Initiate and conduct an ergonomic analysis of a work situation in order to develop an intervention designed to improve working conditions regarding safety (accident prevention), health, hardship, and well-being, and promote the development and vitality of workers by applying the most appropriate methods according to the context while adopting an interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach to prevention.
