Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
Many projects of housing environments are mainly dictated by technical standards, what produces unsuitable housing. To understand needs and aspiration of the inhabitants thus becomes essential in the urbanistic and social initiatives. So the students will be involved in an innovative and participative project. In support of the work of professional partners, around a project of design and renovation of current housing environments on an urban perimeter, they will develop an investigation by dumping to understand better the aspiration of the concerned inhabitants, their representations of an accessible accommodation and a quality.
- Questioning the housing ownership. Enlighten habitat living and livability concepts . - Better understand the political, family and intercultural stakes in the housing environment. - With professionel stakeholders, explore the impact of a conception/renovation, taking into account the experience of the inhabitants. - Understand political, familial and cultural issues of housing.
