Learning Outcomes of UE

Teaching subject matter must lead students to understand the concept of PPP, its multiple applications and expressions, in order to enable its exploitation.

Content of UE

This 'teaching unit' (UE) does only include one 'learning activity' (AA) related to the learning of Public-Private Partnership (PPP).

Prior Experience

No special prior skills are required. Knowledge of public procurement rules (and concession contracts), as well as the law of obligations, is an advantage.
