Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this UE, the students will be able to understand why and under which conditions the firm represents an alternative to other types of economic relations, through the study of various theories of the firm.
Students will also be able to have a better thinking on the way firms are created and structured.
Content of UE
Organizational theory: Approaches to organizational theories, Mintzberg's theory, transaction cost theory, agency theory, property rights theory, conventions theory, approach of the firm "by competence"
