Content of Learning Activity
Presentation of the developpement quality tools used in the public sector, namely the Social Responsibility Assessment Framework (SORAF), an adaptation of ISO 26000 to the public sector. The European excellence model CAF, The Common Assessment Framework, is also presented as a basic of a functioning diagnose of a public organisation.
