Content of Learning Activity
The teaching of French as a foreign language is considered in its various contexts, both in homogeneous (migrant populations) and heteroglot (non-French speaking countries) environments.
Conceptual and terminological clarifications (methodology, method, manual, practices, unit, sequence, lessons, etc.). Procedures for developing a textbook. Analysis. Contextualisation and implementation. Analysis of textbooks/coursesbooks from a cultural point of view (especially with reference to Belgian culture and the notion of gender). Moving from the textbook to the classroom (analysis of practices: teaching techniques, interactions, etc.).
