      I - Basic concepts: aid levels, therapeutic framework, psychological demands, contract, relationship goals and types of session
      II - Basic attitudes and interview techniques
      III - Conducting an interview (psychological demand, first encounters, steps and guidelines)
      IV - an overview of evaluation in clinical interviews and learning to use subjectivity
