Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
To master the tools needed for understanding and studying the visocoelastic behaviour of materials ; to interpret the rheological behaviour of materials and to know the parameters allowing the link between their physical properties and their texture, structure and morphology.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
dynamics and kinetics parameters ; rheological state equation ; viscosities and important parameters ; linear viscoelasticity (relaxation and creep) ; viscoelastic models (Kelvin Voigt, Maxwell, Burgers) ; linear viscoelasticity (oscillatory tests) ; different flow behaviours ; experimental devices ; stability of suspensions and colloïds ; study of several practical cases.
