S-INFO-057 | The evaluation will generally take the form of a written remote exam on the Moodle platform. If this is not possible, the exam will take the form of an oral exam conducted remotely via the Teams tool. The evaluation will take place in June and/or August-September. The approximate duration of the exam is as follows: - Written remote exam via Moodle: 1 hour 30 minutes in total, with 5 minutes between each question. - Oral remote exam via Teams: 15 minutes for the oral exam via Teams. The content of the exam is designed to verify whether the student has integrated the learning outcomes. Specifically, the questions aim to evaluate: - Precision in restitution and legal justification (reference to law and case law); - Discernment; - Sense of synthesis; - Quality and articulation of reasoning; - Ability to apply knowledge and situate it in practical scenarios. The final grade is not purely arithmetic and depends on the overall assessment of the performance by the instructor (serious error, omission of a topic, etc.). |
