Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, the student will be able to design a scientific research project that will take shape in the framework of his or her thesis. They will be able to identify a research question related to a given theme, to consult and synthesize the scientific literature related to the question, and to propose a methodology that will allow them to test their research hypotheses against the facts.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

1. Participation in information sessions on dissertation topics organized by the various faculty departments. 2. Selection of 5 dissertation topics and drafting of a cover letter. 3. Validation of the various compulsory activities organized as part of the AA " Séminaire d’accompagnement au mémoire ". 4. Research and analysis of scientific literature related to the dissertation topic. 5. Preparation of dissertation project.

Prior Experience

The dissertation project is an integrative work through which the student will show that he/she is able to mobilize most of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout his/her curriculum.
