Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
In-depth training in the basics of a typical clinical interview (therapeutic alliance, setting the scene, active listening, closing an interview, etc.) adjusted to the specific context of the forensic patient's profile (e.g. hostile patient, assistance under duress, etc.).
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
This AA course reviews the theoretical foundations of clinical interviewing, and puts them into practice through exercises (e.g. video analysis, analysis of clinical vignettes and role-playing).
Course content is based on: -
setting the framework, especially with hostile or uncooperative patients,
- the therapeutic alliance, in particular the place of the requester in the clinical relationship
- closing the interview
