Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
The aim of this course is to provide students with general notions of biological Anthropology.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
The course is focused on the biological topics of modern Anthropology : 1. Introduction (definition and orientations of modern Anthropology); 2. Evolution of Primates; 3. Evolution and characteristics of Hominidae (Paleoanthropology); 4. Evolution and human behaviour; 5. The race concept and human genetic diversity; 6. Demography.
The course is given entirely in French.
