Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Manage research, development and innovation.
    • Methodically research valid scientific information, lead a critical analysis, propose and argue potentially innovative solutions to targeted problems.
  • Develop and integrate a high degree of autonomy.
    • Aquire new knowledge independently.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to better understand what does HRM imply, to better understand HR strategic roles, to study HR policies (recruitment, pay systems, recognition, motivation, ...) ant their impact on organization, and to analyse with a critical eye companies HR policies
