At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- understand the links between finance, marketing, production, HR decisions, etc.,
- interpret financial statements,
- make a financial diagnosis,
- work in a team.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

The beginning of the course will be devoted to the theoretical phasings resuming the exposition of the main stages of the course. The course schedule will be established and presented and the cases worked on will be described.

The next step will consist of cases analysis in class and/or by group (remotely).

Depending on the availability of professionals, conferences may also be organized.

Students will work in groups to analyze a company's financing mechanism, write a report and make a presentation to the class.

The main educational objectives will be:

- Be able to identify the specific determinants of a funding policy,
- Make students understand the opportunities for business creation by identifying needs, proposing solutions and studying a market,
- Allow students, using the theoretical tools seen in class, to represent an economic model or conceptualize a market,
- Learn and analyze a situation of entrepreneurial failure linked to specific strategic decisions and understand how an entrepreneurial failure can become a lever for future entrepreneurial success,
- Work in collaborative mode and stimulate participants' thinking,
