• Master specialist knowledge in the field of economic, political and social sciences in order to mobilise it on issues related to political, economic and social environments.

Learning Outcomes of UE

To give students the keys to the subject of public procurement, the tools that will enable them to understand the ins and outs of public contracts, or even to construct or contribute to them, either as a public purchaser or as a tenderer and successful bidder. 

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

This 'teaching unit' (UE) does include two 'learning activities' (AA) related to the subject of public procurement: one of 18 hours scheduled in class and the other of 3 hours scheduled outside class.

Prior Experience

No special prior skills are required. Knowledge of law of obligations, is an advantage.
