      Content of Learning Activity

      The course aims above all the participation of academics in sustainable development in the sense of the UN:
      Particularly its goal #1 of sustainable development aiming at the eradication of poverty, but also the fight against climate change, energy, the reduction of inequalities, gender equality... all for health and well-being through the care of living places.
      0. Citizen participation 1. Urban planning and collective memory 2. The imaginary, representation and citizen involvement Confronting imagination and "realities" The three steps of the participatory process: requirements-expectations, diagnosis and possible solutions The "Nimby" phenomenon From "focus groups" to groups bringing change 3. Attachment networks in villages and towns 4. Shared images; reflecting the roles and cultures of stakeholders Residents, technicians, and elected people: three functions, three different visions Planning by composing the past and future for a sustainable environment.
      Urban and digital participation.
      Urban and architectural participation in working-class neighborhoods to reduce inequality and pauverty.
      Attendance at practical sessions is compulsory.
