Content of Learning Activity

The course proposes to address the recent evolution of urban policies in the context of globalisation, Europeanisation and the recomposition of nation-states.

Then, with regard to the challenges of environmental transitions, in particular related to land sobriety, the course propose to approach the different ways of production of these urban policies, at different scales, in particular through :
- the extension of urban centers by recycling wastelands/brownfields
- strategies for large territories
- strategies for revitalizing degraded centers
