Content of Learning Activity
Thermodynamic analysis of combustion, including Heat and mass balances of combustion, radiative heat transfer from combustion gases; Fundamentals of combustion: ignition, propagation, and flammability limits. Flame study; Discussion on burners, including classification (premixed and diffusion flame), stability and stabilization techniques, flame lengths, and pollutants control.
