Content of Learning Activity
The course will be scheduled according to the following major plan:
- definition of biomarkers and presentation of the identification methodology;
- definition of the targeted molecular ligand;
- presentation of the high throughput screening methodology used in the discovery of the active pharmaceutical compounds;
- presentation of the methodology used to validate the active pharmaceutical compounds.
- the exigencies and advantages of the in vivo molecular imaging;
- molecular imaging of the cardiovascular system;
- molecular imaging of the nervous system;
- imaging of the liver function;
- molecular imaging of the renal function;
- cancer imaging
