      Content of Learning Activity

      The accounting and pharmacy management course aims to make pharmacy students aware of the economic reality of a pharmacy open to the public. It covers accounting concepts (balance sheets - income statements - financial ratios), finance (cash flow concepts - financing) and marketing (analysis of the competitive environment - positioning - pricing/margin issues - communication,...) applied to pharmacy. The concept of management dashboard is also introduced and discussed with the students. The course is based on concrete examples from the pharmaceutical world.
