      Content of Learning Activity

      Training seminars in collaborative practices including the patient partner aim to make students aware of the importance of collaborative practices including the patient partner in the health and social sectors.
      At the end of the Collaborative Practices Training Seminars including the patient partner, the students will be able to:
      - Define the roles and responsibilities of their profession and those of other professionals
      - Define the facilitating and constraining conditions for collaborative practices
      - Take a reflective look at their personal definition of their professional identity
      - Define their responsibilities within the framework of collaborative practices.

      The Seminars bring together students from 9 different fields: Medicine, Pharmacy, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Occupational Therapy, Social Workers, Nursing (Bachelor), Advanced Practice Nurses (Master)

      1. Reading articles
      2. Pre-test
      3. Seminar modules:
      - Discovery of the professional identity of others and the projections of other professionals on my own professional identity
      - Discovery of the conditions that allow the co-construction of an interprofessional support plan project including the patient partner
      - Development of my reflective practice through reflections on my professional practice and the conditions necessary for interprofessional collaborative practices including the patient partner
