      Content of Learning Activity

Principles of motility, digestion and absorption and their regulations will be studied. Macro- and microscopic aspects will be integrated to biochemical and functioning data. Motility, secretions, digestion and absorption, as well as their regulations are presented and analysed for each portion of the gastrointestinal tract. Frequent diseases are used to exemplified important pathophysiological processes.
