Content of Learning Activity
We will present the belgian legislation about the individualized intervention plans. We will study how to define the needs of a person with a disability (child and adult), to develop an individualized project and to evaluate it, both in the institutional and school environment.
Different types of individualized projects will be discussed:
* Life planning
* service plans
* transition plan
* individualized educational project - Individual learning plan
* individualized support plan
* Individualized intervention plan
