Content of Learning Activity
Chapter I. Introduction to clinical practice. This chapter covers Belgian legislation and practitioner ethics.
Chapter II. The mental health network in Belgium. This chapter defines primary healthcare and provides an overview of mental health networks.
Chapter III. The work of psychologists in institutions. This chapter identifies the different types of institutions and settings in which clinical psychology is practiced; it considers the challenges of clinical work in a multidisciplinary team.
Chapter IV. Intervention methods. This chapter considers individual and group interventions, the importance of supervision, and crisis management.
