Content of Learning Activity
The genetic information flux : gene expression and protein production, regulatory mechanisms and DNA replication. General techniques in molecular biology : genetic analyses of mutations to understand gene function, DNA cloning, gene function inactivation in eukaryotic cells. Functional genomics and developed tools for genome-wide analyses.
