Content of Learning Activity
Translation of written texts in the legal/political/institutional fields which present relevant stylistic, grammatical or lexical features. During the course, the challenges of translation into French will be highlighted and comparative stylistic exercises will be carried out. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the position of German institutions on both national and international levels.
The courses include a theoretical section, followed by a practical section and finally a critical section (revision, correction of a version that has already been translated, correction of a version translated by DeepL, etc.).
