Content of Learning Activity
This learning activity introduces students to the entrepreneurial process by guiding them through the initial stages of project development. It includes:
Exercises to stimulate creativity and generate ideas;
Identification of a relevant problem or market need;
Formalization of the idea into a coherent project;
Learning the theoretical foundations of the Business Model;
Practical application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to structure the project;
An initial assessment of the relevance, feasibility, and added value of the project.
