Content of Learning Activity
After a discussion of the innovation issues faced by the innovator, this course will detail the innovation process of the agile company by developing agile approaches to project management and the different methods that can be used in the creativity process. It will then explore the modalities of collaboration with the outside world via the open source and open innovation approaches. The course is given in French.
