Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of the instruction, the students will be able to:
- Understand why conflicts are inevitable in any activity but can be factors of progress ·
- Analyze the causes and the various types of conflicts
- Understand the stages of conflict development
- Set up an approach and effective tools to analyze conflicts and solve conflicts ·
- Understand the importance of communication
- Think about negotiation process
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
There are 3 chapters :
1) conflict management : this chapter presents different type of conflicts ant the way to manage them
2) difficult employees management : this chapter explain what is a difficult employee and how take action with such employees
3) communication : this chapter exposes different communication methods and presents transactional analysis
Role plays and case studies are used during classes.
The learning activities of this teaching unit are fully complementary and differ only in the way they are taught.
