Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of the course, the student should be able to better understand the processes of information production and circulation. He/she will have developed a capacity for analysis and in-depth, constructive reflection, far from stereotypes and other shortcuts, on the media.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
The aim of the course Analyse critique des médias is to bring students to a better understanding of the processes of construction and circulation of media information. Based on oral presentations, readings and practical work, it aims to help students develop a critical approach to the media. In particular, the course will lead students to reflect on the question of facts, truth, the processing and consumption of information, as well as the constraints on the work of information producers.
