Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Imagine, design, build and operate machines, equipment and processes to provide a solution to a complex problem of energy production, conversion and transmission by integrating the needs, constraints, context and technical, economic, societal, ethical and environmental issues.
    • Identify the complex problem to be solved and develop the specifications by integrating the needs, constraints, context and technical, economic, societal, ethical and environmental issues.
  • Plan, manage and carry out projects according to their objectives, resources and constraints, ensuring the quality of activities and deliverables.
    • Define and frame the project in terms of its objectives, resources and constraints.
  • Work effectively in a team, develop leadership, make decisions in multidisciplinary, multicultural and international contexts.
    • Interact effectively with other actors to carry out joint projects in various contexts (multidisciplinary, multicultural and international).

Learning Outcomes of UE

Au terme de cet enseignement, l'étudiant sera capable de :
- évaluer l'intérêt économique d'un projet innovant aux flux monétaires incertains,
- appréhender quelques formes de financement d'une entreprise (emprunts indivis, obligations, actions)
- mesurer la rentabilité attendue d'un portefeuille d'actifs financiers

Prendre conscience des différents enjeux sociaux et écologiques (climat, énergie, frontières planétaires, ressources, engagement au travail, …) et de leur nature systémique; des dérives historiques du marketing ainsi que celles qui peuvent émaner d'une démarche marketing non alignée avec les enjeux contemporains; de l’apparition, compte tenu de ces enjeux, de nouvelles dynamiques d’engagement de entreprises face à ces enjeux (Loi PACTE, entreprises à mission, entreprises BCorp, entreprises à visée régénérative, …). 
Connaître et comprendre les outils du marketing stratégique et opérationnel. 
Comprendre le rôle et la responsabilité que peut/doit jouer le marketing (cf. Marketing durable) face à ces enjeux.
Connaitre, comprendre les principes et outils du Marketing Durable, et notamment savoir appliquer ces outils, via le Canevas de Marketing Durable, pour analyser des cas d’entreprise, et prendre conscience, in fine, du rôle de l’ingénieur et de l’ingénierie (en tant que système de développement de produits et de services) face aux enjeux et à la transition socio-écologique ainsi que des leviers d’engagement pour s’inscrire dans de nouveaux paradigmes.

Les deux AA qui composent l'UE traitent d'outils stratégiques pour aider au développement des organisations de tout type. L'AA I-MANA-031 est relative à des outils d'ordre financier. L'AA I-MANA-221 est relative à des outils de Marketing.

- Méthodes avancées pour analyser la rentabilité d'un projet innovant (arbres de décision, simulation Monte Carlo, etc.)
- Les emprunts indivis
- L'évaluation des obligations
- L'évaluation des actions
- Introduction à la gestion de portefeuille

Enjeux sociaux, enjeux écologiques, enjeux climatiques, enjeux de la biodiversité.
Rôle du Marketing, Marketing durable, valeur étendue, triple valeur.
Parties prenantes primaires et secondaires, internes et externes.
Rôle des clients (décideurs, acheteurs, prescripteurs et utilisateurs), comportements des utilisateurs face aux pratiques durables, consumer values.
Stratégie de Marketing Durable, engagement et raison d'être.
Marketing stratégique : segmentation, ciblage, positionnement.
Marketing opérationnel (4P): offre durable, distribution durable, prix durable, communiction durable.
En sus de ces contenus, les apprenants sont amenés à connaître, comprendre et utiliser un Canevas de Marketing Durable, un canevas original développé pour l’AA.
