Learning Outcomes of UE

The objective is to allow BAB2 students in Biomedical Sciences to participate in a longitudinal scientific study within a team made up of BAB3 students (see AA M-BHTO-203) and under the supervision of MA1 students (see AA M-BHTO-012). Through a case study, BAB2 students will be responsible for:
1. Realize the state of the art of the specific theme assigned to their team
2. Send a finalized report to the BAB3 students in their team within the allotted time
3. Participate in meetings organized by the MA1 student supervising the group
4. Assess the organizational and management skills of the supervisory MA1 student

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

The theme of the "Fil rouge" study will be communicated at the start of the academic year to the students in each working group.

M-BHTO-203During a day dedicated to Biomedical Sciences, each working group will be evaluated in the morning through a questionnaire relating to its case study. The evaluation will be common and simultaneous to all students in the working group.
BAB2 students will be assessed as follows :
1. By BAB3 students (30% of the mark) on the quality of the “State of the art” report that they will have written and transmitted to other members of the group
2. The questionnaire relating to the case study (SBIM day) (70% of the mark)

M-BHTO-203In the event of failure during the Q2 evaluation, the BAB2 students will propose a revised version of the " State of the Art " report of their specific study according to the instructions received by the Task Force and including a new section leading them to reflect and discuss the reasons of failure in Q2. The grade in Q3 will be awarded by the SBIM Task Force upon reading this new report.
