Learning Outcomes of UE

This course aims to provide a theoretical and experimental approach to the techniques used for investigating non-covalent interactions, particularly in the field of biology

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

Introduction: general information on non-covalent interactions, and their importance in biological phenomena. Different techniques for studying these interactions (mass spectrometry, NMR, calorimetry, etc.). Conclusions: advantages/disadvantages of techniques, complementary aspects of techniques.
