UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

The course will take the form of a practical introduction to research in Pharmacognosy. Students will be trained in the fractionation of natural products (flash chromatography, liquid-liquid extraction) as well as in the characterization of fractions based on biological activity by thin layer chromatography coupled with "biological" detection (bioautography).
