Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of this unit, the student will be able to
- Identify the principles of prevention and intervention centred on the family and social systems of people with disabilities and on the person him/herself from a lifespan perspective.
- Apply the principles of psychosocial prevention centred on the family and social systems of people with disabilities and on the person him/herself in clinical situations proposed from a lifespan perspective.
- Identify psychosocial and behavioral risk factors in relation to dual diagnosis
- Apply the principles of differential diagnosis in the context of dual diagnosis

This course unit will address the principles of assessment, prevention, and intervention in mental health for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, with a particular focus on evidence-based practices, especially within the context of social and family systems.
