Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Manage large-scale software development projects.
    • Demonstrate independence and their ability to work alone or in teams.
  • Master communication techniques.
    • Communicate, both orally and in writing, their findings, original proposals, knowledge and underlying principles, in a clear, structured and justified manner.

Learning Outcomes of UE

The course aims at providing students with the necessary concepts and knowledge required to analyse how organizations work.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

By studying the basic managerial concepts, students will be able to develop a critical analysis of :

The various managerial approaches
The organizational charts and structures
The dynamics of corporte culture
Motivation theories
Leadership theories
Organizations control

A special focus will be dedicated to contract theories in order to develop a critical analysis of the previous items mentioned.
