Learning Outcomes of UE
The student has mastered the basic concepts of L2 teaching
- they are able to apply them to read a work in the relevant field and interpret its content critically
- they are able to carry out bibliographic research in the field
- they are able to describe the various operations involved in teaching a language
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Basic concepts in foreign language teaching (L2). Subject matter and discourse constitutive of L2 teaching. Teaching an L2 (selection, progression, and presentation). Research in L2 teaching and bibliographic references. Reading excerpts from specialized works.
