Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
- Mobilise expertise in at least one area of management.
- Master the principal decision-making processes of a company.
- In an active and integrated manner, master knowledge in the various fields of management and use them effectively in a professional context.

- Understand interactions between companies and their socio-economic environments.

Learning Outcomes of UE
At the conclusion of this teaching, the students will be able to understand the interactions of the investment's decisions and financing decisions in the creation of firm's value.
UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance
Financing decisions; risk; financing theories; capital stucture puzzle; dividend policy; dividend controversy ; effect of the notional interest deduction on cost of capital.
