Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Professionally communicate and present original work both orally and in writing.
    • Communicate and interact in a clear and structured manner, orally and in writing, on issues, analyses and projects.
  • Act in an international and multicultural context.
    • Communicate and interact in a clear and structured manner, orally and in writing in at least one other language other than French, on issues, analyses and projects.

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, the students will be able to write summaries, in English; of the TedTalks seen in class and to take part in conversations on subjects linked to the TedTalks. They will also be able to deliver an oral presentation in English based on a visual aid.

UE Content: description and pedagogical relevance

Watching and commenting on videos (TedTalks); revision and use of typical structures of the English language; development of vocabulary linked to the subjects dealt with in the videos.
